Three of the sound effects are from a site called freesound.org.

Bombad Radio’s Original Star Wars Audio-Drama: Episode 2 - Zillo Requiem

00:0000:00
10945535_666266823483957_303285033292489

March 21: Today marks the release of the sequel to the venture which started last November with the release of Zillo Rising, the first ever radio play produced by Bombad Radio. The story of Zillo Rising is continuing with Zillo Requiem and as with the first it is a demonstration of our very own version of Star Wars, influenced heavily by many hours and years role-playing at message board roleplaying sites such as The Gungan Council, where many of the characters and situations heard within, were created or influenced from.

Written by Jeremiah Stewart with revisions by, new (to the podcast) writer Jenha Brightstar and cast member Ben Harris, Zillo Requiem starts off exactly where Zillo Rising ends and continues the story of various characters from the first adding in more. The story takes place roughly in the time after the Alliance has retaken Coruscant and references are made to Star Wars: The Clone Wars but as rules of messageboard roleplaying at communities such as The Gungan Council state "the timeline is fluid", this is meant to be timeless and not meant to be taken in any specific era of time.

Zillo Requiem returns the cast of Zillo Rising including: Ben Harris, Kae Hartman, Kelsee Larsen, Luke Gallagher, Christie Poetoehena, Zach Johnson, Robbie Gorman, and Jason Rose as their respective characters. Being added to the show for Requiem are the voice talents of Henry Hartman, Dave Dayoe, Adam Poncharoensub, Mary Plante, Andrew Kirk, Mak Manto, and Vince DeFelippo. Editing, sound mixing, and directing was done by Jeremiah Stewart with aid from Ben Harris. The post and art was done by Mixie Trehane.

Bombad Radio’s Original Star Wars Audio-Drama: Episode 1 - Zillo Rising

00:0000:00

Nov 8: Today marks the release of a venture that has bee months if not years in the making. Zillo Rising marks the first ever Radio Play produced by Bombad Radio in its 3+ years of existence and marks a new chapter in the podcast's life and a demonstration of their version of Star Wars.

Written by James Graves and Bombad Host Jeremiah Stewart, Zillo Rising is written in the style and point of view of Star Wars message board roleplaying. The story takes place roughly in a time after the Alliance has retaken Coruscant and references events from Star Wars: The Clone Wars but as the rules of message board communities such as The Gungan Council state "the timeline is fluid", a move so that someone can jump in and roleplay in pretty much any era one wants, this tale is meant to be timeless and not meant to be taken place in any specific era or time.

Zillo Rising features a cast and crew entirely of amateur talent. The cast includes Ben Harris, Kae Hartman, Kelsee Larsen, Luke Gallagher, Christie Poetoehena, Zach Johnson, Robbie Gorman, Jason Rose, James Graves, James Schron, Henry Barnhart, Stephen Parker, and Jeremiah Stewart, all of which are Bombadiers, or Bombad Radio listeners. Editing, sound mixing, writing, and directing was also done by amateurs, Jeremiah Stewart and James Graves, doing this for the first time.

Bombad Radio Presents: A Look into Bane’s Mind

00:0000:00

There are things I have tried to do overtime, sometimes I succeed sometimes I fail but being a stubborn one, I tend to be persistent to the point of insanity. This is one such example of that insanity. I had a dream once, upon waking I wrote it down. This dream was so crazy, so real that I decided to try to capture that dream, a look into that part of my mind as part of the podcast. To do this I required the help of a lot of people. People such as Spencer Jacobs, Mak Manto, Ket Limelight, Ryori Halloway, my roomate Chris Lowry, and best friend Donald Samon (JanusthePaladin on TGC). I also had to learn how to pad my room for recording, capture sound effects, and live with roommates at the same time. This episode is a look into my psyche, as scary or strange as it may be and represents my personal feelings towards the podcast, and a victory. I wanted to see if this sort of thing was even possible. Even before script and coherent order, I wanted to know if what I have created here would be able to be put to the podcast. Having grown up with radio dramas, I wanted to create one, but lacking the appropriate connections and fearing backlash and failure, I decided to take it upon myself to do this. As you see, it is not a TGC Podcast Episode or even a special episode. As the host of the site, I decided instead to use the Bombad Radio Moniker, as that is what all these shows fit under. So without any further delay, I nervously present to you, a look into my mind as I Bane... traversed the Matrix.
